In dit Privacybeleid wordt beschreven hoe Current Components (de 'Site', 'wij', 'ons' of 'onze') uw persoonlijke gegevens verzamelt, gebruikt en doorgeeft wanneer u onze Site bezoekt, onze services gebruikt of een aankoop doet bij currentcomponents.nl (de 'Site') of op een andere manier met ons communiceert over de Site (gezamenlijk de 'Services'). Voor het doel van dit Privacybeleid verwijzen 'u' en 'uw' naar u als gebruiker van de Services, of u nu een klant, websitebezoeker of een andere persoon bent van wie wij informatie hebben verzameld op grond van dit Privacybeleid.

Wijzigingen in dit Privacybeleid
Wij kunnen dit Privacybeleid van tijd tot tijd bijwerken, onder meer om wijzigingen in onze werkwijzen weer te geven of om andere operationele, juridische of regelgevende redenen. Wij plaatsen het bijgewerkte Privacybeleid op de Site, passen de datum bij 'Laatst bijgewerkt' aan en ondernemen alle andere stappen die vereist zijn door de toepasselijke wetgeving.
Hoe wij uw persoonlijke gegevens verzamelen en gebruiken
Om de Services te kunnen leveren, verzamelen wij (en hebben wij de afgelopen twaalf maanden verzameld) persoonlijke informatie over u uit verschillende bronnen, zoals hieronder uiteengezet. De informatie die wij verzamelen en gebruiken, is afhankelijk van uw interacties met ons.
Naast het specifieke gebruik dat hieronder uiteen wordt gezet, kunnen wij de informatie die wij over u verzamelen gebruiken om met u te communiceren, de Services te leveren of te verbeteren, te voldoen aan alle toepasselijke wettelijke verplichtingen, toepasselijke servicevoorwaarden af te dwingen, en om de Services, onze rechten en de rechten van onze gebruikers of anderen te beschermen of te verdedigen.
Welke persoonlijke gegevens wij verzamelen
Welke soort persoonlijke gegevens wij over u verkrijgen, is afhankelijk van uw interacties met onze Site en uw gebruik van onze Services. Wanneer wij de term 'persoonlijke gegevens' gebruiken, bedoelen wij gegevens die u identificeren, betrekking op u hebben of u beschrijven of die met u in verband kunnen worden gebracht. In de volgende secties worden de categorieën en specifieke soorten persoonlijke gegevens beschreven die wij verzamelen.
Informatie die wij rechtstreeks van u verzamelen
Informatie die u rechtstreeks via onze Services aan ons verstrekt, kan het volgende omvatten:

Informatie die wij verzamelen over uw gebruik
Wij kunnen ook automatisch bepaalde informatie verzamelen over uw interactie met de Services ('Gebruiksgegevens'). Hiervoor kunnen wij cookies, pixels en soortgelijke technologieën ('Cookies') gebruiken. Informatie die wij verkrijgen van derden
Ten slotte kunnen wij informatie over u verkrijgen van derden, inclusief van verkopers en serviceproviders die namens ons informatie kunnen verzamelen, zoals:
- Bedrijven die onze Site en Services ondersteunen, zoals Shopify.
- Onze betalingsverwerkers, die betalingsgegevens verzamelen (bijvoorbeeld bankrekening-, creditcard- of debitkaartgegevens, factuuradres) om uw betaling te verwerken, uw bestellingen uit te voeren en de door u gevraagde producten of services te leveren, zodat wij de overeenkomst die wij met u hebben, kunnen uitvoeren.
- Wanneer u onze Site bezoekt, e-mails die wij u sturen opent of erop klikt, of interactie hebt met onze Services of advertenties, kunnen wij, of derden waarmee wij samenwerken, automatisch bepaalde informatie verzamelen met behulp van technologieën voor online tracking, zoals pixels, webbeacons, softwareontwikkelaarkits, bibliotheken van derden en cookies.

Hoe wij uw persoonlijke gegevens gebruiken
- Levering van producten en services. Wij gebruiken uw persoonlijke gegevens om u de Services te verlenen volgens de overeenkomst die wij met u hebben, met inbegrip van het verwerken van uw betalingen, het uitvoeren van uw bestellingen, het verzenden van meldingen met betrekking tot uw account, aankopen, retourzendingen, omruilingen of andere transacties, het aanmaken, onderhouden en anderszins beheren van uw account, het regelen van de verzending, het faciliteren van retourzendingen en omruilingen en andere functies en functionaliteiten met betrekking tot uw account. Wij kunnen uw shoppingervaring ook verbeteren door Shopify in staat te stellen uw account te matchen met andere Shopify-services die u misschien zou willen gebruiken. In dit geval verwerkt Shopify uw gegevens zoals uiteengezet in het Privacybeleid en het Privacybeleid voor Consumenten van Shopify.
- Marketing en reclame. Wij kunnen uw persoonlijke gegevens gebruiken voor marketing- en promotiedoeleinden, zoals het verzenden van marketing-, reclame- en promotionele communicatie per e-mail, sms of post, en om u advertenties voor producten of services te tonen. Dit kan betekenen dat uw persoonlijke gegevens worden gebruikt om de Services en advertenties op onze Site en andere websites beter af te stemmen. Als u een inwoner van de EER bent, is de wettelijke basis voor deze gegevensverwerkingsactiviteiten ons legitieme belang bij de verkoop van onze producten, volgens Art. 6 (1) (f) AVG.
- Beveiliging en fraudepreventie. Wij gebruiken uw persoonlijke gegevens om mogelijke frauduleuze, illegale of kwaadwillige activiteiten op te sporen, te onderzoeken of er actie op te ondernemen. Als u ervoor kiest om de Services te gebruiken en een account te registreren, bent u zelf verantwoordelijk voor het veilig bewaren van de inloggegevens van uw account. Wij raden u ten zeerste aan om uw gebruikersnaam, wachtwoord en andere toegangsgegevens met niemand anders te delen. Als u denkt dat uw account is gehackt, neem dan onmiddellijk contact met ons op. Als u een inwoner van de EER bent, is de wettelijke basis voor deze gegevensverwerkingsactiviteiten ons legitieme belang om onze website veilig te houden voor u en andere klanten, volgens Art. 6 (1) (f) AVG.
- Communicatie en serviceverbetering. Wij gebruiken uw persoonlijke gegevens om u klantenondersteuning te bieden en onze Services te verbeteren. Dit is in ons legitieme belang om met u te communiceren, u effectieve services te verlenen en onze zakelijke relatie met u te onderhouden, volgens Art. 6 (1) (f) AVG.
Cookies
Net als veel andere websites gebruiken wij Cookies op onze Site. Specifieke informatie over de Cookies die wij gebruiken met betrekking tot het ondersteunen van onze winkel met Shopify is te vinden via https://www.shopify.com/legal/cookies. Wij gebruiken Cookies om onze Site en onze Services te ondersteunen en te verbeteren (inclusief om uw acties en voorkeuren te onthouden), om analyses uit te voeren en meer inzicht te krijgen in de gebruikersinteractie met de Services (in ons legitieme belang om de Services te beheren, te verbeteren en te optimaliseren). Wij kunnen ook derden en serviceproviders toestaan om cookies op onze Site te gebruiken om de services, producten en reclame op onze Site en andere websites beter af te stemmen.
De meeste browsers accepteren Cookies standaard automatisch, maar u kunt in de browserinstellingen uw browser zo instellen dat cookies worden verwijderd of geweigerd. Houd er rekening mee dat het verwijderen of blokkeren van cookies een negatieve invloed kan hebben op uw gebruikerservaring en ertoe kan leiden dat sommige Services, inclusief bepaalde functies en algemene functionaliteit, niet correct werken of niet langer beschikbaar zijn. Bovendien verhindert het blokkeren van Cookies mogelijk niet volledig de manier waarop wij informatie delen met derden, zoals onze advertentiepartners.
Onze website herkent ook het GPC-signaal (Global Privacy Control), waarmee u zich kunt afmelden voor bepaald gebruik of openbaarmaking van uw gegevens. Als u ons via GPC op de hoogte stelt van uw voorkeur, behandelen wij een dergelijk signaal als een geldig verzoek om u af te melden voor sharing/gerichte reclame voor de bijbehorende browser of het bijbehorende apparaat. En als wij het apparaat dat het signaal verstuurt, kunnen koppelen aan een Shopify-account, passen wij het opt-outverzoek ook op het account toe. Meer informatie over Global Privacy Control kunt u vinden op https://globalprivacycontrol.org/. Afgezien van de Global Privacy Control herkennen wij geen andere 'Do Not Track'-signalen die mogelijk vanuit uw webbrowser of apparaat worden verzonden.
Hoe wij persoonlijke gegevens bekendmaken
In bepaalde omstandigheden kunnen wij uw persoonlijke gegevens aan derden bekendmaken voor contractuitvoering, legitieme doeleinden en andere redenen die vallen onder dit Privacybeleid. Dergelijke omstandigheden kunnen zijn:
- Met leveranciers of andere derden die namens ons services uitvoeren (bijvoorbeeld IT-beheer, betalingsverwerking, gegevensanalyse, klantenondersteuning, cloudopslag, afhandeling en verzending).
- Met zakelijke en marketingpartners om services te bieden en advertenties aan u te tonen. Onze zakelijke en marketingpartners zullen uw gegevens gebruiken in overeenstemming met hun eigen privacyverklaringen.
- Wanneer u ons opdracht geeft, ons verzoekt of op andere wijze toestemming geeft om bepaalde gegevens door te geven aan derden, bijvoorbeeld om u producten te leveren of via uw gebruik van socialemediawidgets of inlogintegraties, met uw toestemming.
- Met onze affiliates of anderszins binnen onze bedrijvengroep, in ons legitieme belang om een succesvol bedrijf te runnen.
- In verband met een zakelijke transactie, zoals een fusie of een faillissement, om te voldoen aan toepasselijke wettelijke verplichtingen (waaronder het reageren op dagvaardingen, huiszoekingsbevelen en soortgelijke verzoeken), om toepasselijke servicevoorwaarden af te dwingen en om de Services, onze rechten en de rechten van onze gebruikers of anderen te beschermen of te verdedigen.
Wij maken de volgende categorieën persoonlijke gegevens en gevoelige persoonlijke informatie over gebruikers bekend (en hebben dit in de afgelopen 12 maanden gedaan) voor de doeleinden die hierboven uiteen zijn gezet in 'Hoe wij uw persoonlijke gegevens verzamelen en gebruiken' en 'Hoe wij persoonlijke gegevens bekendmaken':

Wij gebruiken of openbaren geen gevoelige persoonlijke gegevens zonder uw toestemming of met als doel kenmerken over u af te leiden.

Websites en links van derden
Onze Site kan links bevatten naar websites of andere online platforms die door derden worden beheerd. Als u links volgt naar sites die niet bij ons zijn aangesloten of niet door ons worden beheerd, is het belangrijk dat u hun privacy- en beveiligingsbeleid en andere voorwaarden leest. Wij geven geen garantie en zijn niet verantwoordelijk voor de privacy of veiligheid van dergelijke sites, inclusief de nauwkeurigheid, volledigheid of betrouwbaarheid van de informatie op deze sites. Informatie die u verstrekt op openbare of semi-openbare locaties, inclusief informatie die u deelt op sociale netwerken van derden, kan ook zichtbaar zijn voor andere gebruikers van de Services en/of gebruikers van deze platforms van derden, zonder beperking wat betreft het gebruik ervan door ons of door een derde. De opname van dergelijke links op onze Site impliceert op zich geen goedkeuring van de content op dergelijke platforms of van hun eigenaars of exploitanten, behalve zoals vermeld in de Services.
Gegevens van kinderen
De Services zijn niet bedoeld voor gebruik door kinderen en wij verzamelen niet bewust persoonlijke gegevens over kinderen. Als u de ouder of voogd bent van een kind dat ons persoonlijke gegevens heeft verstrekt, kunt u contact met ons opnemen via de onderstaande contactinformatie om te verzoeken dat deze worden verwijderd.
Vanaf de ingangsdatum van dit Privacybeleid is het ons niet daadwerkelijk bekend dat wij persoonlijke gegevens van personen jonger dan 16 jaar 'delen' of 'verkopen' (zoals deze termen worden gedefinieerd in de toepasselijke wetgeving).
Beveiliging en bewaring van uw gegevens
Houd er rekening mee dat geen enkele beveiligingsmaatregel perfect of ondoordringbaar is en dat wij geen 'perfecte beveiliging' kunnen garanderen. Bovendien is het mogelijk dat gegevens die u ons stuurt, tijdens verzending niet veilig zijn. Wij raden u aan geen onveilige kanalen te gebruiken om gevoelige of vertrouwelijke informatie naar ons te communiceren.
Hoelang wij uw persoonlijke gegevens bewaren, hangt af van verschillende factoren, zoals of wij de gegevens nodig hebben om uw account te onderhouden, om de Services te leveren, om te voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen, om geschillen op te lossen of om aan andere geldende contracten en beleidsregels te voldoen.
Uw rechten
Afhankelijk van waar u woont, kunt u enkele of alle van de onderstaande rechten hebben met betrekking tot uw persoonlijke gegevens. Deze rechten zijn echter niet absoluut en kunnen alleen onder bepaalde omstandigheden van toepassing zijn, en in bepaalde gevallen kunnen wij uw verzoek afwijzen, voor zover wettelijk toegestaan.
- Recht op toegang/weten: Mogelijk hebt u het recht om toegang te vragen tot de persoonlijke gegevens die wij over u bewaren, inclusief details over hoe wij uw gegevens gebruiken en delen.
- Recht om te verwijderen: Mogelijk hebt u het recht om te verzoeken dat wij de persoonlijke gegevens die wij over u bewaren, verwijderen.
- Recht op correctie: Mogelijk hebt u het recht om te verzoeken dat wij onjuiste persoonlijke gegevens die wij over u bewaren, corrigeren.
- Recht op draagbaarheid: Onder bepaalde omstandigheden en met bepaalde uitzonderingen hebt u mogelijk het recht om een kopie te ontvangen van de persoonlijke gegevens die wij over u bewaren en om te verzoeken dat wij deze aan een derde overdragen.
- Recht om u af te melden voor verkoop, delen of gerichte advertenties: Mogelijk hebt u het recht om ons te verzoeken uw persoonlijke gegevens niet te 'verkopen' of te 'delen', of om de verwerking van uw persoonlijke gegevens voor doeleinden die worden beschouwd als 'gerichte reclame', zoals gedefinieerd in de toepasselijke privacywetgeving, uit te zetten. Houd er rekening mee dat als u onze Site bezoekt terwijl het Global Privacy Control opt-out-voorkeurssignaal is ingeschakeld, wij dit, afhankelijk van waar u zich bevindt, automatisch behandelen als een verzoek om u af te melden voor het 'verkopen' of 'delen' van informatie voor het apparaat en de browser die u gebruikt om de Site te bezoeken.

- Communicatievoorkeuren beheren: Wij kunnen u promotiemails sturen, en u kunt zich op elk moment afmelden voor de ontvangst hiervan door gebruik te maken van de afmeldoptie die deel uitmaakt van de e-mails die wij u sturen. Als u zich afmeldt, kunnen wij u nog steeds niet-promotionele e-mails sturen, zoals e-mails over uw account of bestellingen die u hebt geplaatst.
U kunt elk van deze rechten uitoefenen waar dit wordt aangegeven op onze Site of door contact met ons op te nemen via de onderstaande contactgegevens.
Wij zullen u niet discrimineren als u een van deze rechten uitoefent. Het is mogelijk dat wij informatie over u moeten verzamelen om uw identiteit te verifiëren, zoals uw e-mailadres of accountgegevens, voordat wij een inhoudelijk antwoord op het verzoek geven. Klachten
Als u klachten hebt over de manier waarop wij uw persoonlijke gegevens verwerken, kunt u contact met ons opnemen via de onderstaande contactgegevens. Als u niet tevreden bent met onze reactie op uw klacht, hebt u, afhankelijk van waar u woont, het recht om in beroep te gaan tegen onze beslissing door contact met ons op te nemen via de onderstaande contactgegevens, of om uw klacht in te dienen bij uw lokale autoriteit voor gegevensbescherming. Internationale gebruikers
Houd er rekening mee dat wij uw persoonlijke gegevens kunnen overdragen, opslaan en verwerken buiten het land waarin u woont. Uw persoonlijke gegevens worden ook verwerkt door personeel en externe dienstverleners en partners in deze landen.
Als wij uw persoonlijke gegevens buiten Europa overdragen, vertrouwen wij op erkende overdrachtsmechanismen zoals de modelcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie, of gelijkwaardige contracten uitgegeven door de relevante bevoegde autoriteit van het Verenigd Koninkrijk, voor zover relevant, tenzij de gegevens worden overgedragen aan een land waarvan is vastgesteld dat het een passend beschermingsniveau biedt.

How we use your personal information
- Providing products and services. - Marketing and advertising. We may use your personal information for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send marketing, advertising and promotional communications by email, text message or postal mail, and to show you advertisements for products or services. This may include using your personal information to better tailor the Services and advertising on our Site and other websites. If you are an EEA resident, the legal basis for these data processing activities is our legitimate interest in selling our products, according to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
- Security and fraud prevention. We use your personal information to detect, investigate or take action regarding possible fraudulent, illegal or malicious activity. If you choose to use the Services and register an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We highly recommend that you do not share your username, password or other access details with anyone else. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
